Acting on behalf of new clients, we are instructed to dispose of the vacant floors at 7 Harp Lane London EC3. The building offers floorplates of approximately 2,400 sq ft (222 sq m) which will soon be refurbished to provide high quality office space close to the Tower of London. The floors will be available by way of new FRI leases on terms to be agreed. We are instructed to quote £30 per sq ft for the higher floors and £26.50 for the lower floors.
