Tim joined the practice midway through 2012 and assists with tenant acquisitions and service office enquires. He is also responsible for new business development and is helping to promote the practice in the City property market.

Philip joined the practice in 2012. Having gained an in – depth knowledge of the city market, he now advises Landlords and Tenants in the leasing of commercial premises.

John Ostroumoff
Before setting up Ostroumoff Ltd, John worked for over twelve years as an agency surveyor in The City of London. He has acted on behalf of clients such as Amlin, Axa Re and Sun Alliance. John is renowned for his dynamic pursuit of optimum savings and returns for his clients. He is a fierce competitor, who in the past, has played rugby to a high level and has rowed for Great Britain.

Ian Tanner
Ian has over 30 years experience in handling Business Rates matters for both public and private sectors. After 10 years with the Valuation Office Ian developed a highly successful and profitable Rating practice at Dron & Wright before setting up his own consultancy in 2006.
Ian has been appointed as rating advisor to numerous high-profile and specialised organisations including Network Rail, Regus and The London Fire Authority.
Ian has sat on various Government and professional advisory panels and is a member of the G7 agents negotiation group for the City of London.
Ian is married to Jayne and has 3 boys. Enjoys time in Israel and watching football and cricket.
Michael Perlin
Previously Director of a publicly quoted company; Michael Perlin specialises in Landlord and Tenant matters, which is an area that he has been involved with for in excess of forty years. He acts as a Consultant Rent Review Surveyor, dealing with rent reviews and lease renewals. With his un-rivaled experience and in-depth expert knowledge in the market, you can be sure that Michael is the best person to have on your side whether you are the landlord or tenant.
He is also an appointed Arbitrator and Independent Expert by The Dispute Resolution Service of the Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors and consequently has a detailed understanding of the arguments utilised in such disputes.
In his spare time Michael enjoys travelling and has taken part in several marathons for charity.
